Love this hair and beauty salon. The best in Northwich. Helen is fantastic at her job and always does an amazing job. I love having my hair done here. She makes u feel at ease and relaxed. The end results are always spot on.

Been using Helen’s for a few years and always get a great cut. Always been very happy with the service and the quality. The staff are always helpful and there’s always great banter and always come out of the salon with a smile on my face!

Avoid at all costs! Went for a bargain" hair cut and spray tan. It may have been a bargain but they say you get what you pay for! Far too much cut off the length and spray tan left me with streaks all over the place. Left in tears. Very cheap but not worth the trauma!"

Worst salon I have ever been to..and the staff is even worst..Went for an eyebrow wax..and that Gowk burnt my eyebrow skin...had to go to Victoria Infirmary immediately...and how inhumane can anyone be, Ms. Helen didn't even say sorry forget about calming you or anything further ...If you guys want to Save Ur skin and hair, please do not ever , ever ever visit this salon ever in ur entire life...no matter how urgent it might be

I have been getting my hair done at Helen’s hair studio for around 10 years. This is a friendly salon and all the stylists are experienced and creative. I love going there and love the atmosphere.
