I had a very positive experience dealing with Castle Estates. My main point of contact was Rob who was very easy to deal with and dealt with anything swiftly and professionally. I would highly recommend using this company.

From the moment I viewed the flat my partner and I now live in I was welcomed with such care by Lynn , she was absolutely phenomenal and all her colleagues at castle estates have been amazing with helping us when we needed it , Rob has been nothing but perfect to deal with , he is always willing to listen and help no matter the time of day, I couldn’t recommend Castle estates more they are an incredible team and we cannot wait to keep working with them in the future ! I can't understand the negative reviews - then again, positives don't seem get noticed these days...I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Castle Estates so far. The first viewing of the flat I now live in was arranged with 20 minutes notice, the agent checks were all completed on the day I applied and the flat was ready to move in to on the date I requested.The agency fees were very reasonable - a lot lower than the estate agents I used for other viewings.Since moving in, Castle Estates have been very helpful, responding to all queries so far and giving me the impression that they want to get it right for me. They accepted my amendments to the inventory without hesitation and have been very reasonable with my request to personalise the property. They even give you a 24 hour contact number in case of emergencies that get you directly through to the company itself.The staff have all been very friendly and genuine, with that 'family feeling' you don't get from most estate agents and I couldn't recommend Castle Estates enough.Thanks, and keep up the good work!

Castle found me great tenants, dealt with the handover and all the initial paperwork including arranging an EICR at short notice due to me being on holiday, and they were friendly and helpful to deal with throughout. Castle Estates managed my property for 10 years and the service I received could not have been better. Tenants were vetted well and looked after the property which was inspected regularly by the Castle Estates team. Maintenance was carried out promptly and without fuss, leaving the tenant and landlord feeling looked after. Lynn and her colleagues always went the extra mile.

Castle Estates manage my rental property and I couldn't be happier. They are friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. They are worth their weight in gold for me having the reassurance that everything is ok, the tenants are happy and have someone they can contact 24/7, and any repairs are dealt with quickly. I have no reservations about recommending Castle. I have used other agents in the past and Castle are in a league of their own in terms of the service they offer.
