Sadie by Best Western Luton

Easyjet put us up here when they cancelled our flight. I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious room with decent ensuite. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Buffet food option which was just fine. A great stop over hotel.

I stayed at the Sadie Hotel last weekend, the staff were very helpful throughout my stay, I cannot fault them. The hotel inside is very bespoke, the rooms are small, but clean and the towels, bathrobe were of soft cotton. I would recommend this hotel if your looking for somewhere to stay in Luton. The shops are within walking distance and the motorway not too far away. They have their own parking facility, although I do believe the cost should be included in the cost of the room because the car park is not big and it can only hold a certain amount of cars. I did not have a meal or breakfast there, because the town is only a 2 minutes walk so I ate outside. Prior to our visit I read the reviews of hotels before, booking and I can honestly say on this occasion the reviews were correct. There are times when you read reviews and you wish you had taken their advice. We had a fabulous time the Manager and his colleague on reception were very friendly and caring; the staff attending to the rooms made us feel really welcome and I would stay there again. So if you're thinking of staying in Luton, I would suggest you consider this hotel, if you have any issues or problems to speak to the staff I'm sure they will sort the matter out. My rating would be 10 out of 10.Finally, I woulds like to say to management, try and keep your hotel to the standard it is at the moment and you'll do very well...it's only a shame your bedrooms weren't a little bigger....but thank you for an enjoyable stay.

I was staying in Sadie hotel with my kids for 2 weeks. Hotel is very clean and modern. Which was making our stay so pleasant. House keeping is just wonderful. Taking care of room and myself so well. Very kind. They deserve lot of respect for hard job. Downstairs staff friendly and helpful, apart from one lady on the bar, which I told her what she have done wrong she was so rude every since then. The worse one is lady from the kitchen blonde one. Coming out of the kitchen looking at everyone like she is a queen of England. With face like she hates ll world. So rude and making you feel uncomfortable. Cooking with no head cover. So you can find hair in your food. Overcooked fish or undercook pizza and burgers. That lady shouldn't be there looking at guests like enemies. When you tell someone about rudeness they obviously very protective. Even reading reviews seen how much attitude some of employees they have. Guys just have a more smile, u won't die. Be kind. We are guests your hotel earning lot of money from us. We don't want to be treated like u doing us favour to accommodate us.

Service was 10/10, our flight was cancelled due to air traffic and Wizz air had booked us a hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport and the staff were really nice and understanding of our situation. The room was nice and clean. The staff offered us a hot drink in the morning and were polite every step of the way. Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.

We ended up here in early hours of the morning due to flight issues. The hotel is very clean end either new or newly refurbished. The rooms we stayed in were quite small but had everything you need. The breakfast was good with great service from all members of staff especially Karan on the front desk. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the town centre and fairly close to the airport.

Since, the cancellation of the flight we were meant to get, to fly to Amsterdam. we were placed in a hotel known as Sadie by best western at Luton central.I have to say the hotel has given myself, and my partner a good excellent experience. The food has been amazing with the service and the room we were allocated to. I would definitley come back here again for the great service.Vaseline who is at the front desk, has been treating us very well with the service and able to give us dessert at the last minute.

Lovely hotel by Luton airport, actually closer to Luton train station.We were sent here by EasyJet as our plane was cancelled.The rooms are small yet perfect.Superbly comfy bed!!!Excellent shower.Very modern, simple and clean with all the basics you would want and need in a hotel.We were well looked after including and evening meal, a morning meal, and even toothbrushes as we arrived totally unprepared!The room’s very quiet and there’s a coffee machine and water provided. A large TV and the choice of lighting - both soft and strong lights, is excellent.Highly recommend if you ever need to stay close to Luton airport overnight.

Last week we took a trip with my husband and decided to book a hotel close to the center and the train station. All the staff welcomed us very warmly. They showed us the hotel and were ready to help us with anything we needed. They were always there when we called them. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very nice. Especially on the 4th floor where we were when everything was perfect. The bathroom very clean like a mirror" First of all I want to thank all the crew from the reception

I was put here overnight by my airline after a flight cancellation. It's a nice hotel and the location is reasonably good for the airport, once you know how to get there (it's right next to a bus depot that has regular buses to and from the airport - Bus A I think).The highlight was the service, the staff were really lovely and the bar and restaurant nice. The room was clean, pleasant and comfortable.The reason I knocked off a star is because of the bathroom, which was very poorly designed. I'm slightly above average height, 188cm, but could hardly use the toilet, because it was so close to the opposite wall that I literally had to splay out my legs to sit down! Anyone taller than me would have to ask for another room. The shower also had a very narrow entrance, a sliding door had been fitted that left not much more than 30cm to get in by, which is just bizarre because it was quite a generously sized shower internally. It was at least a powerful shower though (feeble showers are a pet hate of mine!). There was also a very bright light on the bathroom mirror that didn't seem to have a switch and just went on and off at random - I had to get up to close the bathroom door after I went to bed because it randomly came on and lit the room up like Wembley stadium!Overall good, but the bathroom (at least in my room) let it down.
