Will not be renewing my policy with A plan as I have asked for proof of my ncd to be sent to me and they have refused saying they can't send it until the policy has lapsed this is a tactic soyou have no time to shop around hoping that you will just stay with them well this is not going to happen after they've trebled my quote when I have full no claims bounus

I phoned A Plan in desperation having been told by John Lewis that they couldn't insure us as according to their database we were high flood risk" ..... we were on a tight time schedule. Been with A-plan for over 13 year's, with more than 1 motor always had a good relationship with the guys there until now!! Phoned to ask about the new quote they sent and they weren't interested I went online within 10mins I had knocked off over £160.00 . No longer with A-plan

Trying to rob me for a policy they cancelled when I tried to pay it hahaha these are a joke do not trust them they are absolute pirates. I used them for a long time with no problems. Found financial issues and missed payments once or twice, then paid within a short period of time, about a week each time. And they cancelled my insurance policy when I went to pay them face to face because I was upset with the way they were messing me around and I voiced my opinion. Not a useful company if you have minor issues with money. So long as you make sure they are paid, they are good, however do not miss a payment as they will be rude, over-insistent, and destructive in reaction.
