This is a great furniture store. Myself and my partner have bought three sofas from the store. Delivery is good for the money. The store now sells clothes and kitchen appliances.

Would usually give 5* for choice, help, delivery. We’ve had several items delivered. However, today we had a sofa delivered, at the same time school finishes! We live on the same road and is a 2 min walk.I did phone this morning and ask a rough time, no can do. Ok, waiting the day anyway.Not only wouldn’t the men wait, literally 5 mins to collect our child from school, but told my husband “he should have thought about that”! They also refused to bring it in the house saying it wouldn’t fit through the patio door, so left it outside with a downpour imminent.When I got home my husband and I got it through the door no problem, also had to put the bookcase back we were donating.I just think for the sake of 5 mins things could’ve been different. I work in the community and understand time constraints, but we’re working with the public, so expect a little give and take and courtesy!Btw, I’m an online monthly donator to Kirkwood!!!
