Absolutely ridiculous service. They do not reply at all and do not pick up phone. I don't know where my parcel is and there is no way of tracking it either. Not a professional company at all. I would suggest that you go to a more professional company. I would not have dealt with them if I had known that their service was so terrible! Would definitely not recommend them. Save your money from these fraudsters and scammers.

rubbish company...it takes ages for delivery. I even can't trace my parcel with the tracking number. it tooks over 3 weeks till now I haven't received my parcel. no one answer the calls either

Really unprofessional staff waited over one month for my parcel while contacted them by phone many times then have to visit there office while wine bottles were on there table during official timing and couldn’t help me out until pressuring them got my parcel after few days.

Ridiculous customer service, do not reply to messages and do not answer calls. I've been waiting 2 or 3 days for my parcel and no one has got back to me about when it is coming or other information regarding my parcel
