Said yes to the dress yesterday, which has made me so excited for the big day. a HUGE thankyou to the lovely Zoe who made my experience so amazing, she is such an asset to your store! She made me feel so comfortable and confident. Zoe you are amazing! Thank you, cant wait to wear my dress!

Had the most amazing experience thanks to Cerian. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and the most lovely person! She selected 3 dresses for me which were exactly what I was looking for. She really listened to my likes, dislikes and chose the most beautiful dresses for me to try! I couldn’t have found the dress I have chosen without Cerian.The girls at Wed2B Cardiff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I’m so happy I chose my dress from here! What a great experience. I felt so welcomed by Rae at reception, she talked us through how the shop worked. She helped me select 4 dresses to try and was very patient with me. Rae was supportive throughout my appointment along with the fab stylist. Rae helped me select a dress I wouldn’t have picked for myself and I loved the shape and the fit. I didn’t end up buying my dress from wed2b but the dress I have chosen is the same shape that Rae said would suit me. Without her I wouldn’t have found my dress. :)

We turned up one evening to look at bridesmaid dresses, they have 6 different styles that you can get in different colours. The changing areas are shared with others but very spacious with seating areas. The woman on the front was very friendly and helpful. She explained how the process worked and purchasing. The bridesmaid dresses were good quality and value.

Weekends are the busiest, with waits of up to 2 hours, however, if you do get in and choose your 4 dresses, then make sure you get Lizzie to help you. She went above and beyond and went and fetched a third dress for me to try on that wasn't in a style I'd thought of, and suited me so well. She wrote the details down so I could ask for it again if I needed to. I didn't purchase the dress but she was fab and made the whole slightly busy experience much calmer.

I came into Wed2b this week with the intention to try on different styles of dresses as I have never tried any on before so wanted to find which suits me/I love the most. I made this clear to the staff. However after picking 4, 2 of which happen to be the same style, which I liked but was very hesitant about, I was told that “most brides don’t like other styles they think they will so theres no point in even trying” The staff were very friendly but every time I asked to try something different I was persuaded out of it and it’s like they didn’t want me to try more than 4… (because most brides pick one within the first 4 apparently) which is obviously some sort of target they have to hit. I was then basically told I should either pay the £50 deposit and come back to get it or if I left without it I’d regret it for eternity and I’d hate myself for not buying it. I was there for a good 3 hours and I was desperate to try on different styles but somehow I ended up paying a deposit on a dress I definitely didn’t want to wear on my wedding day. I felt almost guilt tripped into it to be honest and I’m really annoyed that was my first experience of wedding dress shopping. I understand you have targets to hit and the business has pressure on their staff but this isn’t a jumper it’s my WEDDING DRESS?! Even your ex staff have posted on line reviews of working for wed2b and have said that they are told to make brides buy dresses they don’t even want. I definitely don’t recommend them as they are so target driven and clearly are not about the customer.

Absolutely first class service . My mother , sister and I couldn't have asked for anything better .Staff were outstanding and I walked out having the dress of my dreams and i felt amazing. Thank you all so much

My fiancée has come crying after beeing sniggered at twice by one of your employees.She asked to try on a size 8 wedding dress that she loved as soon as she saw and she is a size 8-10.Your employee told my fiancée on numerous occasions that it would not fit her and also was rude and abrupt.My fiancée persisted and tried on the dress anyway which fitted her.You have not only lost a customer but also dented my fiancées confidence after being body shamed at her 1st wedding dress fitting which should be a special occasion.I would suggest further training to your staff on how to talk to to future customers as my fiancée certainly won't be returning to your store.
