Amazing place to work

Called due to phone issues freezing screen not ringing checked Google this seems to be a common problem with the handset EE did a full MOT phone failed on multiple different things staff friendly and helpful enough but why give phones with 12 month warranty on 24 month contract was offered a repair but wanted £160 deposit if I was told this would have gone with another brand of phone as Sony 12 months and Samsung 24 months . Phone is in excellent condition not a mark always in a case and screen protector from new. These problems have been going on for over 6 months intermittently just getting worse frozen twice typing this. Great staff just have there hands tied.

Well maintained building and very friendly and professional security personnel

It’s just a tower for Gods sake that ruins the view of the Castle at Swansea.
