My MIL just passed yesterday whilst in their care. She was 97yo and had been at Heron's Lea for nearly four years. From the moment she stepped through the door, she received EXCELLENT care, was treated with dignity, respect, honour and love. I'd give them 10 stars, if I could. Mim's carers sat with her repeatedly as she was in the process of dying and touched her with tenderness ans spoke to her to comfort her. Absolutely the BEST care home in the area!
