Have had Shaun and Dawn cleaning our house for a few months now since moving in with a new baby. They are super thorough and always add lovely little touches, I've had quite a few cleaners in the past and these guys are really excellent. They're really easy going and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I requested a 3 hour clean just before Christmas and was pleased that Shaun and the team were able to fit me in, I asked for one of the mattresses to be done and this changed the price from £50 to £60 which was not a problem as it was going to take up quite a lot of extra time.Unfortunately the full time was not spent in the house which I knew from the message saying they had arrived and the one saying the clean was done. 3 hours between 2 people should be 1.5 hours and judging by the messages and my neighbours account it was more like 1 hour and 15, so technically instead of paying for 3 plus the mattress I recieved 2.5 hrs.When entering the house some basic cleaning hadn't been done, windowsill not being wiped, when vacuuming and mopping none of the doors had been close over to clean behind them, bathroom mirrors not done and none of the cupboard fronts in the kitchen, skirting boards etc.I don't tend to leave bad reviews but after raising this issue before the new year I feel I've been fobbed off.I was given a number to call to resolve the situation and although I've called around 20 times I've had no answer, I messaged the page to make Shaun aware of this twice in the last 4 days and not had a response there either.This is not a company I would reccomend for responsiveness especially if you have any issues or value for money.

Shaun and the team are great cleaners. I have been using them for almost 2 years now and with a toddler they are a godsend! Thanks for all your work over the years.

I must say. After being recommended by Pure cleaning team @ Glasgow by Shaun and his team. It has exceeded more than my expectations by far. My wife and I travel a lot with work and we like to trust long term commitments and high expectations at all costs and I have with this company. The attention to detail is second to none from what we have ever experienced from before. A true high class service which I highly recommend.

I couldn't have been luckier to find this highly efficient and friendly cleaning service provided by PURE CLEANING TEAM. I hired them to help out a family member that was struggling to keep on top of things due to health issues and Shaun and his team couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. They are literally life savers that do a wonderful job with excellent communication skills. I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! The best ever!!!!!
