Do not use this storeSimilar to other recent reviews I ordered a suit that was in-stock on their website and was then informed they would not be able to send the item in time so canceled the order and requested a refund.Called and emailed for 3 months with no response and finally received the refund through disputing my credit card charge

Absolutely appalling service. Purchased a pair of wedding shoes that arrived late, I needed to return them as no good. Elegance of elena accepted the return via email, I sent the shoes back tracked delivery and can see they received and signed for the returned shoes over a month ago. They have not returned my emails, Facebook messaged, their phone lines are constantly down. I have reported them - scam company!!!!!

Appalling!My fiance (now wife) ordered a pair of wedding shoes and paid for express delivery. Not only have the shoes never turned up but the phone lines are down and the e-mail is non-responsive. They have been finding time to post on Facebook though!Keeping money for goods never provided is theft!Please beware ordering from this 'shop'.

Do not use this site it is a scam. No way of contacting them at all and don’t respond to chat, phone line is a blank ring, no website. Paid for a suit 2.5 months ago and not heard anything since. I don’t believe it exists. If I could give 0 stars I would. Can’t even complain on the phone to get money back.

I ordered an item which was out of stock. I was sent a different item which was unsuitable. I sent this back by recorded delivery the day after receipt and have been waiting more than 4 weeks for a refund despite being told in writing that they would address the refund urgently. Buyers beware!!

I placed an order last week, and received an email confirmating my order and saying they would contact me when it was shipped. I tried to contact them when I heard nothing further for a week, only to find their website is down, their phone lines ring off and I am getting no response to my emails. I am beginning to think that I am being scammed.

A very bad experience. Ordered my purchase nearly 8 weeks ago.Still waiting for it!.When you try contacting them on the landlines , it just goes to the engaged tone.They never reply to my emails.Disgraceful service.Taking my money, even though they don't have the stockDefinitely won't be shopping with them again

*in response to the reply I think you may have her confused with another unhappy customer? I gave a fair honest review with polite constructive criticism and you accuse me of lying...My friend had big issues trying to return stuff to store because of policies and procedures she was not made aware of when purchasing in store. it Took 14 days to get a refund and even then they deducted shipping without informing her of this. Nothing majorly wrong with the items they just didn't fit propey/suit the dress. Please could you outline your policies more clearly in the future. pehaps on the recipt? Or on a sign in store?
