You Time Yoga with Hayley
I attended a yoga retreat run by Hayley from You Time Yoga with Hayley & Ellen from Alma Entera in March 2023. It was fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone. I haven't done loads of yoga before but it was suitable for all levels. The women's circle and mindful walk were great and I felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders afterwards.

Best yoga teacher in Winchester! I go to Hayley’s weekly hatha class and i look forward to it every week. Hayley makes it a calm welcoming space, with adjustments to suit everyone. My back always feels a hundred times better afterwards. Good for mindfulness and relaxing into the mind-body connection. Highly recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed going to pregnancy yoga with Hayley. She carefully researches and plans each lesson and her knowledge of how the mind and body work together is highly informative. She has a high level of knowledge and skill in pregnancy yoga. Highly recommended.

Hayley is not just a fun and bubbly person to be around with, she provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I always enjoy Hayley's yoga classes and feel calm and relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend!
