Ordered from here last night and usually I love their food but last night it wasn’t nice. The mushrooms didn’t taste great and my chicken chow mien tasted old. This may have been due to the fact that we waited 2 hours for the food to arrive! My order came to just over £16 so handed the delivery driver a £20 note, he went back to the car and came back saying he only had £1.50 to give me back. So not only did I wait a ridiculous time for food that didn’t taste right I was over charged for it!

Just had a Chinese from this place, worse Chinese I have had, no taste to anything I ordered. Everything looked and tasted like it was cooked hrs ago. Very disappointed. Will not order from you again.

FLY IN MY FOOD! REPULSIVE - AVOID!! I have an autoimmune disease - this is my worst nightmare, poor food hygiene being incredibly harmful and dangerous to me. I called them once I’d finished vomiting to complain. The staff offered no apologies and said they would refund the dish it was in only. Once I stressed the severity they became impatient, laughed on the phone and put the phone down on me. Obviously did not know which as all the dishes were shared and I only noticed once I’d started eating. These people do not care nor value hygiene whatsoever. The food I did eat was vile. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not order from here. I have ordered from this takeaway for YEARS. Tonight I found this is my food I called up to speak to them and ask for a refund at first they said they would just refund for the dish it was found in then they said to keep the food and someone would come round tomorrow to look at my plate. I said I would send pictures they gave me the managers personal number then we heard nothing they stopped answering the phone to us when the manager finally answered the phone not once did anyone apologise to us and he laughed down the phone at us and then put the phone down

horrible people. extremely rude and bad food. rude to all the delivery workers for no reason. they’ve fired a lot of good people for no reason at all. simply because they don’t like the way they look or they’re a certain race.
