The Groom Room Llandudno

Took our dog there a few times , got lectures from one of the staff members every time unless he was brushed right before taking him in ( he does get brushed every day ) and a dreadful job done ! Shaved off his Eyelashes and brows ( hes a poodle cross ) and for the price they charge expected a job done by professionals. Dreadful experience

I took my very matted hairy Newfie, Bear to the Groom Room. Nick and Terry did the most amazing job. Beautifully washed and every single matted clump removed. Plus some super advice on how to maintain his coat. Surprisingly, he left wagging his tail despite 2 hours of washing and trimming. Very impressed....me and Bear.

I took my rescue chihuahua for a shampoo , nail trim and blow dry / trim and he really enjoyed it a few months ago .The trim / cut was beautiful and results long lasting and it helped Jerry's well being and he enjoyed it a lot .Will go again amazing !

The staff and friendly and helpful. I was impressed the first time we went. They were ovey with our dog. The staff ove animals and it shows. She was fussed and oved it. This is a repeated visit.

Took my show cocker spaniel and he came out looking like a goat. Unrecognisable - thanks for nothing groom room.

Rude and abrupt from the start charged full price for half a job and even added £10 for a deshed. Nail clip is meant to be part of the groom as I questioned that over the phone. Guess what no nail clip done. Promotion running for smelly spray and bandana for nail clip with neither of my dogs received. Then started blaming my dog for being super aggressive . Bloody joke won't be getting any more business from me.

We will not be returning our little Yorkie always comes out upset and todays visit was most off putting. Goodbye.

Great drake looked fantastic and was very happy in the groom room he's a big beautiful Newfoundland but thinks he's a puppy thank you for a great groom

Absolutely fantastic. Both dogs looked after so well. Have a rescue dog that can be nervous in new places / or people. He loves going here. Gill listening to what you want, offers advice when unsure.

Wouldn’t recommend the groom room Llandudno to anyone. Constant lectures on the condition of our Borderdoodles coat. During the last visit I was told due to his aggressive nature, there would be additional charges, plus additional charges for dematting and time. Our dog came back upset and suffered an upset tummy due to the stress of the groom room. They were happy to shave him, loosing all character, shaved eye lashes and whiskers! Came back a different looking dog.We have now found an excellent groomer, unsurprisingly there is no mention of aggression or issues with the state of his coat.Overall highly disappointed with the groom room, for the stress caused to our dog, ourselves and the grooming techniques used.Our dog is the softest most loveable soul and has no signs of aggression at all
