Wonderful service from choosing carpets to having them fitted.Toni advised and helped me pick out the right carpet, he was kind and patient considering I couldn't make my mind up as there are plenty to choose from.The lovely guys who fitted my carpet were extremely hard working. They fitted the carpet and the kitchen flooring beautifully. They kindly removed washing machine and cooker as I couldn't which I really appreciated. One of them even cut out two door mats for the front and back door which was very kind and thoughtful - Thank you.Overall great experience and wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

Bought quality hessian backed rug, good value for money thick pile, and good feel to it. Nice colours.

Staff were rude unhelpful. Had a small budget to carpet our whole house with a baby. Slapped straight down apparently impossible top of his voice told to go round corner maybe some there. No measurements no attempt to try just shunned. Totally hurt embarrassed and stuck. Yet they preach to floor a full house hmmmm my budget accommodated yet he refused. Disgusted

No accountability. Don’t use their own fitters, don’t take responsibility for when a job isn’t done correctly. We have bumps in our flooring where boards haven’t been sorted before putting down flooring. Said they would send someone to repair it, I’ve waited over 6 months and it still isn’t done.

My experience with bishop branch was not great. I have previously had a sales rep, Tony, very helpful and I had my entire house carpeted , could not be faulted, unfortunately on my last visit Tony was not available and I must of had the pushiest sales person in the store. I did ring after returning home to voice my concerns about him as I was rushed around the store that fast I was unsure what I had even ordered!! It was brushed off by the office and no apology was given. I did go ahead with my order. All in all carpets ok, fitters were very good and did great job. I could not recommend this branch as I did not feel I got good service from staff....unfortunate as the store has a lot of choice.

Brilliant customer service in store and very professional fitters. We ordered a carpet which was too small, our fault ,and they replace it with correct size without extra charges. 1st class service

We shopped here for a landing carpet on Sat 18th March. We were greeted by Tony as we entered the shop. Tony then left us to look around before asking if we required any help. His knowledge,customer service and patience was excellent. He assisted us with our choice with no pressure. What a credit to the company he is. We will 100% shop here again for another carpet and recommend the store to our friends. Thank you so much Tony for an outstanding shopping experience.
