Get it Repaired

After smashing my iPhone 11 screen and making enquiries about the cost of getting it repaired I found this place they was so professional and said if I dropped it too them within an hour they would be able too repair same day. So that’s what I did and I was very happy with the results.

I sent in my new Samsung for a screen and camera pannel repair.Craig was very pushy over the payment and when I received the phone back he hadn't installed the new parts that were included in the quote.He has offered no way to get the phone repaired or any form of refund.Very dissapointing, I strongly advise going elsewhere

Great experience with this company and Craig. Called the morning of and phone fixed and back to me within an hour and a half. Wouldn't recommend anyone else for phone repairs.

I accidentally dropped my Nexus 7 into the bath and after 3 days of trying to dry it out, it was still not working. I contacted Asus who quoted £40+ for collection and delivery of the unit. The cost of the repair would be an additional charge subject to inspection.Get it Repaired charged £15 for the diagnostic check and managed to get the tablet working again. I asked how much I owed them and they said that the diagnostic charge in this instance covered the cost. Wonderful service, excellent communications and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other people.

Absolute con jobs, I was quoted a repair to get my s10 working again including new back, screen and camera panel.The bloke rang me up 6pm in the evening after hearing nothing for a month hassling me to pay immediately over the phone, I couldn't make payment there and them because I was out, the next morning I received a shirty voicemail telling me that he was going to take all the new parts back out of the phone and send it back.I rang back and paid £370 for the repair.When the phone arrived it had the old back, screen and camera panel all smashed up the same as I sent it. When i rang up to ask why the phone hadn't been repaired as described the guy argued with me saying he never was asked to repair the phone and that the money I sent was just to recover the data.Terrible service, terrible attitude and terrible workmanship, avoid like the plague

Incredible service. Repair was done super fast. Wonderfully warm and understanding first contact from Debbie and Craig and his team turned themselves inside out to help me get my phone fixed quickly. Amazing how quickly I back up and running. They definitely went the extra mile (literally) to get my phone back to me. I recommend Get it Repaired without reservation and have been singing their praises to anyone who will listen

BE AWARE. My sons iPad went in for a new screen, which was replaced and looked ok. But now the down volume button doesn’t really work. It was fine before it went in, so we took it back and they want another £90 to fix that. In hindsight I would now have just bought a new iPad…so pay your money and the risk is yours.

Brilliant service from Craig. Great, honest & quick phone repair. Unfortunately ours was beyond repair but Craig was straight from the start & said it wasn’t worth the money to fix & offered an exact same, but refurbished phone for a good price - all done & dusted within a few hours. Also really easy & convenient to park.
