Costa Coffee
A nice, easy stop at the shopping center attached to the train station. The service was fast which is what I needed in order to catch the train. The sweets were ok, but they were nothing too special. They were what would expect. Overall, a fast stop with friendly service.

I have just had the most lovely service from 3 shattered staff at Union Square Aberdeen Staff at 1940 Wednesday 18th Oct 23. Clear they had been working solid all day but still courteous and helpful. The coffee they got me will get me home awake after similar crazy work shifts BUT Costa Coffee Management you must do better to look after good, hard working but shattered staff!!!

Visting costa just now...ordered a hot chocolate with marshmallows....to be told...dont have any....one colleauge asks the other when will they be back in?....I dont get why one ofthem just donr go to nearest shop n stock up til delivery arrives...Toastie was very nice...but way pricey...over £5!.....

One of the staff was unfriendly and refuse to heat up the croissants however other branches do. The coffees were not as taste as usual they were not delicious as costa coffee used to. I will not back here again.

Stopped in while waiting for the bus to the hospital and had a coffee and a sneaky slice of cheese cake. As usual the service was excellent and the coffee was awesome. The only thing that would have made the cheese cake better would have been if it was mint flavoured. I know that's weird but that's just the mood I'm in today. Well done Costa for keeping up the standards

Chain coffee shop within the Union Square shopping centre. Lots of options for hot/cold drinks and food. Larger seating area behind counters. Can get fairly busy. Also participates in the Costa Club program where you get rewarded with discounts and free drinks the more often you use it.

I've been to the union square Costa many times and the coffee is brilliant it's always very busy and usually not easy to find a seat but it is what it is. I'm OK with the take away option but not so good if u want to chill out.

Went to get a drink before my train yesterday at around 17:15 and I literally paid £3.30 for a medium tap water drink. I ordered a Blood orange Yuzu without ice and the male person serving wasn’t too pleased serving me. It was busy I understood it was face paced as I work in a similar establishment but busier. The guy literally got my drink to me fast after running the tap really fast after 1 pump of syrup and that drink made me sick the rest of the night. He focused on my drink first, instead of telling his female collegue the rest of the hot drinks before mines. Literally a rushed service and no confirmation of my payment going through and no are you sitting in or taking away. I felt really sick after drinking it and won’t be having that drink again. I really want my money back as it’s a waste of money for a pump of syrup.

Friendly staff, great coffee. Again be courteous and you will receive it in return. Its the simple fundamentals of human interaction that make any place pleasant to visit.
