First Call Pest Management

Tony was great, nice and easy to talk to and knowledgeable about the products he uses. Have had no signs of wasps after 4 weeks of the treatment. For what I believe is worth give these guys a try!

I have used First Call Pest Management twice and Tony has always been prompt in responding and attending the property. Most recently, Tony attended to a wasp nest in our loft. Throughout the process, he kept us informed about what he was doing and what was being used. We were also given an aftercare plan and left with information again about what products had been used. I would always recommend First Call Pest Management to anyone!

Phoned a few pest controllers before this one and they either didn't get back to me or made excuses about coming out or were to dear. First Call were reasonably priced, got in touch straight away, and came promptly. The service was impeccable and they guaranteed their work if the problem came back. Definitely use them again I'd needed.

Tony dealt with a total of 3 wasp nests in our roof space on 2 separate occasions recently. He arrived when he said he would and fully explained the work he was going to do. He was friendly and courteous throughout and very knowledgeable. He dealt with the issues thoroughly and calmly. A true professional. I will certainly be using his Company again when the need arises.

I initially contacted Tony for a quote with a very swift reply. Phoned next day to arrange an appointment. Excellent communication by email, phone and text. Tony and his son arrived on time as agreed, with a text before hand to say they was on their way. They was both very polite, friendly and professional. I left them to get on with the wasps. Tony explained he had found two wasp nests (showed me picture he had taken of it ,also sent it me as requested) Tony is knowledgeable about the products used he explained about the chemicals, how he treated it and what I should do afterwards to check the issue had cleared up. We had animal noises in the loft. Tony responded quickly and quickly identified the source - mice. He installed traps and visited two further times to renew the traps and check that the problem was resolved. He gave helpful advice to ensure that the problem does not recur. Rang First Call Pest Management after noticing scratching noises in ceiling above bedroom but was unsure what was causing it through own initial looks. Tony was knowledgeable in his responses, open about pricing options and agreed a time to come when convenient. With plenty of notice given before arrival, he quickly discovered a wasp nest between the bricks and roofline. It was dealt with efficiently and effectively. He even was kind enough to get a few balls out of the gutter our son had thrown up. Would highly recommend!

Tony and Liam have been so helpful this past year, from start to finish they have been efficient and clean with their work. Would recommend to anyone dealing with pest problems. Not a bad word to say about the company!

Toni and his team were great from start to finish.They were very friendly and organisedThere was a pigeon stuck inside my chimney breast and they solved this issue for me :)I hope I don’t get this kind of thing again in the future but if I do I’d definitely use their services again as also they have fair prices .

Tony responded the same day to a request to treat two wasp colonies under the eaves of our house. The procedure was quietly and efficiently executed, without any fuss and a guarantee that if there was any further activity at the two sites that he would deal with them immediately. No further wasps have been seen in those areas. Would definitely use his services again in the future if needed.
