I bought a set of two black wall brackets for hanging clothes. They seem strong and look like the picture. One of the discs securing it to the wall was a little twisted so it doesn't fit flush, but this isn't something that bothers me enough to return.

Ordered 3 x A1 frames. All 3 arrived with damaged / broken flexiglass which meant an alternative present had to be sourced. Received 3 replacements. One of which was also broken. The frames themselves are unbelievably flimsy and not fit for purpose. They literally fall apart when you pick them up - the catches that hold the back in place pop out, and the plexiglass pops out the front. Customer service was initially helpful but no longer, with much back and forth trying to return items for a refund. Would not use again or recommend

Funny enough my review is the same as many others - these 1 star reviews are for a reason - do not use this company!!My experience - I purchased an item from this company a week ago to go along with a vintage poster i was waiting to arrive. I just opened it to put the poster into the frame, (as it arrived today), and noticed it is significantly damaged, which must have happened in transit or was sent out like that. Either way I was expecting to show the pictures and be offered a refund/replacement product as normal. This has been reported within 14 days. However, I am instead told it is nothing to do with them anymore, they are unable to help and i have to just deal with it" So im now left with a broken xmas gift which ive told to deal with. What a terrible company. How is it legal if im reporting a faulty product within 14 days that they can turn around and say its my fault and nothing to do with them."

Absolutely incredible customer service! Picked up the phone within 2 seconds when l called, and was ready to help from the very start! I was kindly helped by a lady named Shauna, l truly have nothing but the best to say about the service l was provided.

I bought the 6ft Heavy Duty Black Clothes Rail a few months ago and am happy with it. Its loaded with lots of heavy clothes and coats and is super sturdy. It was also sent very quickly. Would recommend it and the company!

I have bought several items from Display sense and been more than happy with the delivery process and quality of the items. Worthy of a mention is the customer care and consistent communications. When an item I needed was unavailable, I was offered many alternatives and suggestions with prompt, friendly and sensible supplies. Bought not only one, but 3 sets of these rails because it's the best rail you can online.Different sizes to accommodate our needs, super sturdy to hold our heavy garms and it looks like it's gonna last for a long while.Absolute no trouble putting together.The thing I loved most about it, are the wheels! Decent wheels that gonna take your rails wherever you need.In short, if you need rails, look no further.
