Went today to appointment for root regrowth, cut n blow dry and gel polish on finger nails.Fabulous service from a fabulous team in a fabulous salon. Always exceptionally friendly and welcoming.Absolutely love my colour, cut and gel polish. Would always recommend Anna and her team.

Been here before for varieties of blonde several times, but decided to try to go strawberry blonde once and make me dark ginger due to a miscommunication" (I made it very clear I wanted it light and actually strawberry blonde) to which I was obviously upset my hair was nothing like I had asked them to do. I had even asked at the time why my (brown) roots were not being bleached (as this is what you'd expect for strawberry blonde) but I was told it was not necessary. I haven't been for a good while but I go in today to query something and I'm met with an attitude and told I need someone to come in with me to avoid "miscommunication" (aka not being listened to) otherwise I cannot book an appointment. The attitude was also present last time during the time they made my hair a colour I did not ask for but somehow the blame was put on me. I tried to give this salon another chance and I thoroughly do not recommend it due to the attitude they have when they mess up and just overall. They'll try and make some sort of ridiculous excuse about the ginger "miscommunication" or something else but I know the difference between strawberry blonde and dark ginger (which ended up as a horrible ginger ombré by the way) and I know their attitude is awful. Which is a shame since they can do blonde hair well if you can put up with the attitude."

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The salon itself is attractive and clean. I am suffering with hormonal hair loss, which is extremely upsetting and the understanding, kindness and extensive advice from my stylist was much appreciated. The online booking system works very well.

First time visit, with a very friendly atmosphere. Chloe listened to what I was looking for and kept in touch as she styled my hair. Very happy with the excellent cut. Definitely coming back with my next appointment already booked just in time for xmas. Thank you so much Chloe!

Lovely very friendly staff. The Salon is well spaced out and well decorated. Chris my stylist was very professional and listened to what I wanted doing. He gave really good advice about my Hair care. Really enjoyable experience and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Visited this Salon today for first time, after years of self dyeing etc and couldn't be happier with the end result. I wanted a complete restyle and colour and Jordan worked with me to advise and help me achieve just want I wanted, even more besides! It far exceeds my expectations. Lovely friendly atmosphere and staff. I have no hesitation at all in recommending . I have already booked my next appt.

Anna has been doing my hair for 18 years and I won't go anywhere else. All her staff are courteous and friendly - nothing is too much trouble. Jordan currently does my hair, she is an excellent stylist, with a fantastic eye for colour and style. My hair always looks good and lasts well between visits. The hair treatments are fabulous. Also a visit to the beauty salon is well worth it! X
