Timothy in the Llanelli store was really knowledgeable about their stock. He greeted us in a really friendly way. We tried out the sleep match which was great and some lovely pillows when trying the mattresses. We were offered a drink when going through to our order and overall found the service really attentive.

Excellent customer service, Mark was really patient with me, especially my mother as the whole point of my visit to Dreams was to get a nice bed for her in her senior years. Definitely will return and ask for Mark again for any advice on beds and accessories

The service team were amazing with my little girl who is 4. She is having a new bed and she was nervous but the staff made her feel comfortable.
