Never been in before until recently,Quiet atmosphere, maybe the time of day. Not a very friendly welcome by the security guard who looked miserable and did not even make eye contact, just told me to sit around the corner.Staff looked ok but the one I saw was not the most talkative and did not come across very helpful and as someone who has not been in a job centre for years and has worked in customer service for over 20yrs it’s no wonder the job centre gets a bad reputation.I wish someone could explain why as soon a you go in a job centre everyone treats you like you have never worked or do not want to. Just because people make unemployment a living not everyone is the same. In fact I believe most people would be and should be happy if they had a job especially a one for life no doubt in a job centre.Please try and not treat everyone the same because we aren’t. All these wasteful course people get sent on to learn how to write a CV. Maybe some job centre staff should go on a customer service course.

Friendly staff

Staff are very friendly, my job coach is really lovely. They are still taking preventative measures in regards to covid which is thoughtful.
