dropping of a return Hermes / Evri parcel recently - absolutely fine. One guy on the till, managed to serve two parcel customers at once (one needed help, others were simple dropoffs).

Nothing much to say walk in use the scanner to scan your code get a printed label hand package and label to the staff they scan it and issue a receipt that's all you need to know

Rude, aggressive ‘shop keeper’ who offers zero assistance and needs urgent education in customer skills. Hermes should look elsewhere for their drop offs.
