Triple A Cars - AAA

I've used AAA Cars twice now and the service has always been brilliant, efficient and professional. Vehicles always clean and immaculate. I recently needed a lift to the station and was informed by the driver that their bookings department went over and beyond to find a driver for me that day as they didn't have any drivers available. The driver did an extra round to fit me in, arrived on time and got me to the station on time, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your service so far and I will continue using AAA Cars.

This company has never let us down. Always on time. Always courteous and professional.Great cars that are spotlessly clean. Payment easy, booking and call back with tracking to let you know their movements. Drivers are all charming and very helpful. A great efficient family run business. I throughly recommend them.

Triple AAA luxury hire cars of Southcote Reading are amazing. Their service is first class. The drivers are all friendly and go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable. They are always on time and totally reliable. I cannot praise hem highly enough. Well done! A real change to experience such excellent service.

Used to give 5 stars but the last two times in using them we have been let down. This time the driver collecting us from the airport forgot the car seat for my nephew but said he could sit on my sisters lap - ummm dont think so! Also wanted us to walk out to find him with suitcases etc - we pay for parking so you can come and greet us. Wont be using again trust has gone.

This was my first time using Triple A Cars - AAA but based on this experience it definitely won't be my last. From navigating their website, ordering a taxi to the airport pickup and the drop off at my apartment was first class and highly professional.

Driver dropped is off an guaranteed a pick up. Never arrived, even though er paid him!! Called company and they continued to hang up on me. No apology...disgusting customer service

Horrible services - Driver don’t check the flight status at all - he didn’t come on time - he was waiting outside and my husband had to find him. He charged 30 pounds extra than the agreed amount - very argumentative. He stopped at a random M&S and ask my husband to take the cash out - super dangerous. It’s a one man service so no where to complaint. Please don’t waste your money and energy booking with them. I would never recommend or book with them ever again.

I have set up a regular booking to take my son to work so it's really important I have a taxi company I can rely on. I am so impressed with the professional service I have received from AAA, it has been above my expectations. They have been so helpful and the communication has been excellent. I love that I receive a text message telling me a taxi has been allocated and I can track the taxi so I know it's on the way, and I get a text to say thank you for using the service, so I know my son has been dropped off. The taxis have arrived on time, cars are very nice and very clean and all the drivers have been very polite. I'm so glad I chose to use this company, the service is excellent, I would 100% recommend them.

My Daughter recently took a cab and accidentally left a handbag with cash & other items behind her in the car. They arranged for it’s safe return by registered post to us (fee involved). We live in Leicester! , we were very impressed at the speed, honesty and communication in this matter. Thank you so much ⭐️

I’m pleased to have this opportunity to provide feedback on the outstanding service provided to me. I don’t know my driver’s name but he was brilliant from pickup to drop off - punctual, considerate, courteous, easy to talk with, excellent driver, and in a car that was spotless and smooth running. He made a long journey fly by, he wore a protective mask (I’m still in the vulnerable category re Covid) and ensured I had a relaxed and enjoyable journey. Please pass my sincere thanks on to him for the gold standard service he provided - from my recent experiences this is often a rare thing these days. I’d also mention the professional manner in which my booking was handled by the office.
