The Hair Pavilion

Holly at The Hair Pavilion is the best! She really listens, understands, and genuinely wants her clients to look and feel their best. She cut and highlighted my hair for years before I moved to Sydney in 2019 (and she did my last half head of foils so well I didn’t bother getting it coloured again for over a year because it was growing out so naturally, like balayage). I’ve tried 5 different salons in Sydney and none of them have quite ‘got it’, so when I came back to the UK for a visit in April ‘23 I ran back to Holly to rescue my tresses! She smashed it! First time in 4 years I’ve been really happy with my hair, and feel like me again :)

Great service. Very polite and friendly staff. I have very thick very long hair and am always more than pleased with my hair when I visit the salon. Highly recommend!

I went to have my hair cut & coloured at The Hair Pavilion by Holly. I explained to Holly what I wanted but understood if she couldn’t do because the state my hair was in, but she managed to get my hair to look exactly how I wanted and I’m soo happy with it everyone commented on how nice it looks. I will be going back and having holly to do my hair again. Thank you holly for making me feel like myself again.

I had a great experience at the Hair Pavilion from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left. I booked with Holly and she was personable and friendly and did a fantastic job with my hair. I walked out super happy- Highly Recommend Holly & the Hair Pavilion !

I booked and pre paid £26 for a dry trim Saturday morning at 10.40am. I normally have a dry trim and then my hair finished with a curl, so this is what I requested. The stylist said that there is a further charge for this. She didn’t quote me how much but I assumed it would be a £5 or so, (I should have asked her as I could have done it myself! In hindsight)Upon leaving the salon she charged me £18! I couldn’t believe it, I walked away feeling ripped off to say the least, £44 for a dry trim and 20 mins in the salon is extortionate.I’m not happy about this and won’t be returning, secondly, why are customers advised they can only pay by cash when it says card payments online?*The owner wrote back, after the above was sent on an email and thought this was fair pricing! Jokes!!!

had extensions and colour done by holly, so impressed with my hair and the customer service by all staff, so friendly and welcoming, next appointment already booked! would 100% recommend!

I recently visited The Hair Pavilion for the first time due to my original hairdresser moving to the salon recently (Holly James). During my visit the service provided was brilliant and very welcoming, all staff ensured i was well looked after. Holly gave me a lovely blonde balayage and frame framing highlights, I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my hair as she does such an amazing job every time! She is always very friendly and easy to talk to whilst also providing a great service.

As a new client at a salon, it’s always daunting but Holly made me feel welcome and we’ve built up a good friendship so visits are always a pleasure. She’s taken care of my hair incredibly well and I always leave happy.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a hair salon and the only time I have left a salon truly obsessing over my hair. I love it so much.
