Albie loved his day at Gem’s Pamper Parlour! After a not so nice experience at another Oxford Groomer, he (and we) were a bit nervous, but Gemma and Co made us feel at ease and sent updates throughout the day. Not only that but it’s the best trim he’s ever had! Thank you ladies xx

My dog Snowy is so nervous of being groomed. We have gone from groomer to groomer feeling like I was sending Snowy to the torture chamber.He has just spent the most perfect morning with Gem. He has come out relaxed with a waggy tail. Gem made Snowy feel like one of her family for the morning - allowing him to mix her son and the other dogs. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Running late due traffic a34 was nightmare got to them didn’t answer door but shouted late. This was one the worst groomers I have been to. They get loads dogs together. One back street jobs not the best trims to busy rushing them my dogs. Nails not cut. And over priced plus this would be the last time going anyway ……. So they did me favour.
