I’ve been at PT Studio One for nearly 5 years and it’s been an amazing place to work at. It’s been a 2nd home to me. We are all welcoming, full of positive energy and are one big family. Spacious, everyone does their own thing and help & support is always there.

Training here for over a year now with Jay has made a big difference to me. Plenty of experienced personal trainers catering for all levels of ability. Good facilities, friendly and approachable PTs, wide range of training on offer. The hardest part of fitness is going to a gym for the first time. You can't go wrong giving this place a try.

Really friendly and chilled environment which makes the studio an absolute pleasure to work in. It’s also really good for those clients who are intimidated by bigger gyms with a large amount of people so it works well for them and building their confidence.

I've been training here for about a year now and love it , the PTs are the best I've trained with, they make the sessions hard but fun, I'm probably in the best shape I've been for a long time despite having to stop because of Covid restrictions. So Highly recommend this place

Prefer this over your box standard gym any day. Excellent trainers, fantastic boot camp classes & fantastic value. I've seen nothing but results since joining in April

I've been going to PT Studio One for a while now, training with Mervin. It's a very well equipped gym with free car parking, great friendly atmosphere and a free car park. Mervin is a first class trainer, and my progress since training with him has been incredible - much better than I'd achieved on my own. Highly recommended.

PT Studio One is the best gym I've ever used. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the equipment is first class.I love the fact that PT Studio One is for the sole use of PTs and their clients.My PT Mervin is fantastic, he has helped me to get stronger, fitter, healthier and lose 17kg to date.Working out with Mervin at PT Studio One has transformed my life, I cannot recommend it highly enough!
