Pine Lodge Motors contacted us after our vehicle was listed for sale on Auto Trader. Malcolm explained and helped us understand what the process would be if we were to sell the vehicle to them. A price was agreed in writing and deposit was paid. Full payment was transferred at the time the vehicle was collected. The whole process went smoothly and exactly as Malcolm had explained up front. I recently purchased a vehicle from Millhouse which was a 2.0 Insignia. The car was beautifully presented and had been well valeted. Unfortunately though the car developed a fault in the time that the garage allowed for me to return the car and that is when you find out whether the garage is a quality garage or not. In this case they were quality. They couldn’t have helped me more in returning the car and guiding me through the process. Whenever I buy a car, I am always concerned that there maybe something wrong with the car and that I will be left with a car with problems. This garage have gone above and beyond and I can’t fault them in anyway.The problem was not there fault. If I was asked if I would buy from here againand would I recommend a friend, then my answer would most certainly be yes.

From my experiences I would recommend this dealership. Firstly staff over the phone were helpful in checking availability of the car and arranging a viewing appointment.All the staff seemed like very approachable nice people. Tom was the one who mainly dealt with my enquires and appointments. I was given plenty of time to have a look at the car, inspect and get comfortable with it. Test drive it on my own which was nice. He was there to answer any questions I had and help me out with any part of the sale. Nothing felt rushed or pressured with these guys, just seemed very honest and genuine.They provided all the records, details of the car I wanted and expected. Whole process of buying the car was very smooth and hassle free.I couldn’t really pick out a negative with this dealership and the car I bought from them doesn’t seem to hold any untold secrets. So overall great experience with them
