Absolute joke, ordered from here numerous times with orders always above £50......no problems normally but ordered tonight which cost £43 got delivered the first time but forgot the drinks and 3 meals, we rung n told them so they came back with the stuff they forgot but again a meal was missing.....one of the pizzas was undercooked and soggy all underneath, burger buns to hard to even bite into and chips that were like rocks! 43 freaking pound.....we rung again to be told that they will make fresh and deliver but they want this lot back......surely they should of cooked it fresh the first time and if they delivered what we ordered to begin with then we wouldnt need to keep on ringing to complain with Absolute shocking responses from the workers....

so disappointed, we have ordered food twice in a few days & 1st time there was a delay of about 45 mins, no apologies nothing, ordered again tonight & the food was really poor, cold and an even longer wait tonight (1 hour plus past estimated delivery time) when rung both times the excuses were 'he is just leaving' like how do they even know who we are, what our orders are etc, such a joke!we have been using this establishment for a very long time, not anymore, so disappointed!!!

unfortunately you lost customer tonight. We waited for food almost 2 hrs! and came cold. That’s not first time delivery is so late. Shame as we really liked it before!

The only 1 star review I have EVER made!! Disgusting food and disgusting treatment from the staff. I ordered a chicken shish which is seen as a healthier option for those trying to lose or maintain their weight. If you are one of those people, do not order from here!! 6 syns is counted for the oil used in prepping and cooking, usually anyway, this kebab arrived with around 20 syns covering it and in the bottom of the dish. So much so that they even lined the tray with grease proof paper, it was bitterly salty to the point I couldn't eat it, the pitta was taken out of the packet, wrapped up and put in the bag unheated and uncut and the sweetcorn was sour as hell!! They're using produce that has been open too long and I suspect they're using lemon juice to preserve it for longer. I have 15 years experience in kebab shops both prepping and cooking all items and a lot longer being a customer and I've never seen or tasted anything so offensive or unhealthy!! Rang to complain and all they did was deny, deny, deny!!

Waited nearly an hour and a half for food to arrive, after an hour of waiting we phoned to see where order was and it sounded like they had not even started it. When it eventually came not even an apology for the wait. The food was cold and not much of anything, my kebab was not worth the £8-50. The wife's kebab meat was dry and not nice at all. First and last time of ordering from here.
