After being told my only digital files were deleted, without my permission, then told I'd be a priority 3 times and now without any communication at all, I'm now having to pay another company to redo my artwork and printing. Avoid this company. Customer service is shocking at best now. Used to be brilliant. Such a shame

Sellers beware!!! The owner of this company is both unstable and unreasonable. We have sold him two machines over the past few years, a CNC and Laser. When he has any kind of problem even if it is self induced like knocking his laser out of allignment etc etc he calls up my staff threatening physical abuse. He has now done it to two of my female members of staff, threatening to “put their heads through walls” and he tortured one of my tech support staff last week to the point where the chap was in tears again!Yes he has had problems and we always get them fixed all be it not immediately like he expects.We have bent over backwards to help the chap even replacing his laser tube when it was out of warranty, and still he acts like a crazy person.Always threatening and even leaving us negative feedback on our google page.Well find a taste of your own medicine Ralph!You can get my mobile number off Helen if you want to physically threaten me too or meet up to do it would be even better!!!
