Recently attended the Cardiff clinic.The venue and reception staff was nice and homely.Unfortunately during my examination the medical technician could not (after numerous attempts), locate my liver enough times to formulate a suitable test result...The technician asked for assistance from another member of staff, but nobody came !?I was then told my participation for liver research was no longer required, and I was ushered to reception paid travel expenses and left.

Arrived here for my 9am appointment all well and good finished seeing the Doctor at 9.30 and now waiting for over an hour just to see a nurse to give me the injection and considering there is no one else here …… wowMust be some rigorous screening process

Great visit to the centre. Very efficient and not at all clinical. Nice coffee after consultation. Look forward to visiting again.

Very friendly and professional, very nice and helpful.

I entered a vaccine trial yesterday. A positive experience so far. Nice staff, straightforward no problems so far.
