Barchester - South Chowdene Care Home

Horrible. Staff members are racists. I don’t know who to report to . Because the management is zero as well. No team work , no love. I will never recommend anyone to work there

This Christmas I'd like to thank the staff of South Chowdene for looking after my Mother for the last three and a half years.They have put up with some very challenging behaviour from her and at her very worst I was afraid she'd have to be moved on to somewhere else.Thankfully, they persevered until she settled down again for which I was/am very, very grateful..... South Chowdene is her home and it would be have been a tragedy if she had had to move.This year, for the fourth year running, my family and I will be sharing Christmas with the South Chowdeners". Everything is done to make this an enjoyable time for all .... The home is nicely decorated

The lovliest most caring staff I have ever known. Retired from there today. Thankyou all for your dedication..commitment and friendship.
