We have been tenants of a property managed by HW for 3 years now and cannot praise them enough. Any issues or queries are dealt with immediately and they’re always happy to help if needed. The rent they propose is fair and the service they offer through the tenancy is unbeatable. Above all you really do feel they value you as tenants and people rather than you just being another name on the books. I can’t recommend them enough.

A good estate agent. Responsive, friendly, with a straight forward set of procedures for every situation. Mainly online or through an app/website, although available via phone during office hours. So if you prefer a different approach, take that into consideration.

Adam and team have been very helpful. At first, I used them for letting. They found me good tenants. When I decided to sell my property. They found me good buyer in a quiet market. They have been very professional and well manner to me. Adam also recommended me a very good solicitor who charged at reasonable rate. The solicitor was very professional and efficient. Good experience with HW during letting of our property recently. They managed to find a tenant quickly at a competitive rate and were very supportive throughout the letting process. All items were completed in a professional and timely manner as per the initial agreement. Shaun in particular was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. Would recommend.
