Annoyed as the advert for it being open until 12:00 on a Saturday night is rubbish - I was there just before 11:50 to grab a couple of bits and was turned away. Wasted my time dashing over to them - won't be doing that again!

I Had a horrible experience at customer service. The lady who works there was very rude and very unhelpful and most certainly does not know her simple maths. There was a nice lady with a headscarf who was her colleague and who wanted to help but the other worker was adamant to make it a horrible experience for me and chose to ignore her colleague’s instructions on purpose. She kept me waiting for an extremely long time and disappeared without any explanation. I will certainly never attempt to approach them or deal with them again.

I love it in here! I often come here to destress, which is weird considering it’s a supermarket… they have great deals and they always have plenty of stuff in the reduced sections. Their crisps selection is massive and they sell fresh fruit and vegetables individually, too

A good, large Tesco with the car park underneath and moving walkways up to the first floor. Has a café and toilets.Produce reasonably well-priced and there is a good range of products on offer.The store is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful.However, on my last visit is virtually impossible to find a trolley. There were none on the lower floor near the slopes up to the store and a sign saying that there were no trolleys on the first floor. I had to walk a long way in the car park to find a solitary trolley and it was clear they hadn’t been herded together for customers in quite a while.Tesco, you need to make sure that your trolley shepherds are vigilant and keep their flock ready for customers!!

It’s a good store - quite big - with a good selection of things other then food ie clothes. Halal meat is a bonus, also can get halal cold cuts like turkey, chorizo etc. good it has underground parking for the rainy days, but getting out unto chester road is a a bit of a struggle.

Full of old woman who clearly get nothing at home who come into work to make customers visit that one bit longer. Refusing to take a club-card that i screenshot because TESCOS,S wifi for customers is a joke. My name and i have a massive work badge with my name on and still told me im paying full price. Sad Sad old women. They just made my purchase go from almost £30 to £6.54. Like everything that going on with the cost of living isnt enough you want customers who clearly have a club card to loose out on club card prices. Wouldn't surprise me if there marriages are falling apart because they some very sad job worth.

Huge supermarket which comes in very handy when staying in the area for football or cricket events, especially if going to more than a day of a Test Match at Lancashire. Staff I've encountered have been very polite and friendly. Very ample parking, and great selections of food and homewares. A lot more variety than I have in my local Tesco Extra.

Great variety and choice with this super-sized store. The real shame is that it’s run by a bunch of unarsed kids, that can’t even dress in their uniform correctly. Do you need a carrier bag from the self-service tills? Don’t expect to be acknowledged or have them broke away from their own personal conversations. Very unprofessional.
