S Evans & Sons Ltd. completed the Demolition works at our Calver Court Project for Glenman in North East London. The project was completed as per the programme agreed in advance between Glenman and S Evans and safety and pre-planning was the priority of S Evans on site. The site team were well managed and professional and the S Evans had all the necessary equipment and heavy plant to take on the demolition of the 16 no. apartments and hardstandings. The works were in close proximity to a rail line but the pre-planning from S Evans controlled this risk and meant there was no issue on site, as S Evans have extensive experience of dealing with and working for rail networks. The demolition works finished out very well with no open issues and I would highly recommend them for any demolition project in built up environments such as London and surrounding areas.
