AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! - My car was in with them to get light body work repairs after a crash, it took them two months to complete the car. When I went to collect the car the quality of their work was horrific, there was over spray on a lot of panels and the whole front end was out of alignment. Not to mention there customer services was horrible as I had to always call to get updates on the car and each time I was just getting told the same thing as the last time. Also they can apparently only work on the car for four hours a day which when I asked about people hadn’t heard of that before. I have never been more unsatisfied which a service in all my life and will certainly never use them again and neither should you. Remember when you spend all that money on your car you want it done right!

This place is like a maze! I turned up today to buy a door trim for my car and after guddling about for 15 minutes eventually found where to buy the part ( about 500m from where I parked at the entrance), the guy here was very helpful and I got the part - then I was told if I wanted it fitted I should head back over to parts and services (where I was parked) to get it fitted. I did. Arriving at 4:45 I asked if someone could fit it and was told that the technicians are finishing soon." It takes literally 1 minute to fit this and they shut in 15 minutes! At least I'm presuming that. They haven't even put their opening hours on here. This is such poor customer service and the girl just couldn't care less! This company is too big

DONT USEDONT USE! BOUGHT a new taxi from here. There is an issue with the battery which quickly drains. Ford has checked and mentioned that there is no fault from their en after several checks and replacing battery. It was advised that there is a mistake when connecting taxi related systems eg meter taxi light. Allied vehicles service is terrible, not willing to help. I am paying monthly instalments and they are refusing to have a look at the vehicle! DONT use!!

Booked in through my insurance, but wish I had went elsewhere. Received a courtesy car, only to be told the lease was up on it after a week of using it. Was asked to wait in all afternoon (from 1 until 6pm) on a replacement courtesy car to swap it over, which I wasn't overly chuffed about but waited in never the less. Was then contacted at 4.30pm to be told they had no drivers to deliver it. The girl I spoke to was very condensending and patronising, talking over the top of me. Couldn't seem to grasp my annoyance at having to wait in all afternoon for nothing. A customer service training course wouldn't go a miss.

Avoid this place as best to get yer local cowboy mechanic. This place took my van to do a timing belt and i got it back with engine management lights on and oil flowing from underneath and they said its nothing to do with what they done ? . Absolute joke .now having to return and lose another day of work probably more

I’ve recently had a air con issue in my Peugeot traveller . Tried to get it repaired and Arnold Clark and they failed . Service provided by David at service desk was above and beyond. Very informative and looked after . First class . Thanks for your help . It was worth driving 70 miles to see you. David Koch

Don't get your car fixed here!!! Customer service is horrendous!!! My car was here for nearly 6 weeks the first time to do a repair On the door and rear quarter panel. They changed the estimated completion date 6 times! The 2 times that thry told me to come and collect it, again it still was not ready!!! When i finally got my car back the bonnet and the new door that they fitted was all scratched and there were chips where the air hose spray gun had been dragged across my bonnet. When i pointed this out to the vehicle inspector he said I'll get that fixed in 5 min mate" well it wasnt fixed in 5 min. The SCRATCHES and gouges were catching my nail as I checked the vehicle. When i complained about to their manager

1st class service from collection to delivery of my vehicle back to me. Customer service is 2nd to none every step of the way

When you write to their customer services manager Andy Robertson at the end of January with some serious issues after spending upwards of £125,000 and receive a reply advising you that it will be investigated, you kind of know what sort of outfit this is when on the 12th April you have had no reply at all. No more needs be said!

Booked in through my insurance company. The car needed a new heated rear window and rear indicator array; due to an accident...I received a courtesy car . The company had the repairs completed in eleven days... they did a professional job. The staff were friendly... I've got no complaints....John C.
