I am left speechless at the wonders of this facility. The two ladies that run the rehab clinic are absolutely amazing. I have never felt so welcome in a canine health setting as I have here. Instantly my doggy took a shine to them, they just make you and your dog feel so special. The advice and treatment is cleary discussed, the content is highly informative and user friendly. The professionalism at this clinic and the staff there is second to none.I cannot recommend this facility and the wonderful people here enough.I will be sad when our sessions come to an end.Well done you two for creating such a warm, comfortable, caring environment for both doggies and their mums and dads, the way you made us feel at ease is a true gift. Thank you for taking such good care of my bundle of fluff xx

Took my 14 year old cat to see Denise at Canine Rehab after asking if they could help with cats as she has a permanently dislocated knee. She had 3 sessions including laser light treatment, Denise gave me an idea for home mobilisation which I've constructed using branches from a tree fixed together & her posture & mobility has improved. Every time she crosses the room she has to walk across the branches which means lifting the leg & exercising the area Denise worked on.Very pleased we took her there & will return if we think she needs further sessions in the future.Thank you Denise.

We took our boxer dog Jessie to Denise and her wonderful team at canine rehab centre , she had sustained a disk injury in her neck leaving her unable to stand or walk. After receiving intense physio and hydrotherapy treatment ,thanks to their patience dedication and determination, they were able to not only get her back on her feet, but also able to walk again ! She is getting stronger with each session we are so thankful to this wonderful team . If you want the best treatment for your pet don’t consider taking them anywhere else.

2nd ReviewOctober 2023Monty, a yellow labrador started his physio and hydrotherapy journey with Canine Rehab Cardiff in September 2022.He was showing signs of struggling with his walking and at 12½ years old I wanted to give him the best chance to be here as pain free as possible for as long as possible.Initially I used the cover that I had with my insurance ( Animal Friends) which meant he could have several sessions weekly to give him the best paw to go forward with. His progress was incredible to see and I was so grateful to the team at CRC for all the support they gave to both Monty and Myself.Denise and her team were so so welcoming and instantly make you feel comfortable in the surroundings which in turn helps the dogs ease into treatment too.Monty was doing wonderful and thriving from his sessions at CRC we took full advantage of his mobility and spent lots of time at the beach or on favourite parts of the taff trail and Victoria Park. However Monty started to get worse towards the end of april/ may time. He was struggling to walk and stumbling,It was difficult to see and I thought we were at the end of his journey. ( Thank God i was wrong)Denise was incredible, She brought him back from that and not long after he completed a 2 mile walk and was able to enjoy being able to amble around without pain and limping.Denise also was extremely kind and did the most wonderful thing for Monty, enabling him to get out and about even when he was having bad days, not able to manage more than a short stroll. For this I am eternally indebted to her.Monty made it all the way to the end of August 2023!He spent his last day at the beach loving the water and doing his stop and drops.I can not begin to express the magnitude or impact that going to Canine Rehab Cardiff had on our livesI can just say the team were integral in enabling Monty to have a whole year longer with me.He had a brilliant quality of life! and we made full use of this extra time and had so many adventures , adventures I treasure dearlyEntrusting Denise and her team at CRC to work with and support your Dog is honestly giving your pup the best chance to recover and progress you can possibly hope for. There is a wealth of knowledge and expertise at the clinic, and a great wealth of advice in many areas of Canine welfareThank you so very much for everything that you did for both Monty and I Denise. We thoroughly loved every moment, especially Monty as it meant He had a steady supply of treats for the majority of the sessions.Taking your pup here will not only benefit your DogBut you will also leave feeling uplifted from the warm and welcoming Irish hospitality that awaits you all.================================1st reviewSeptember 2022Monty had his first session today and he has really enjoyed it. So happy to be able to give Monty this rehab on our doorstep. Definitely the place to go in Cardiff for canine rehab.Looking forward to seeing him progress and gain strength and stamina with experts able to answer any queries. Would recommend them 1000% will update with his progressMonty had both a physio and hydro session.Photo's added

What a lovely, happy dog environment. Following 2 concurrent surgeries our dog Ozzy had on his hind leg Denise helped get him back to being able to run again. A lovely kind therapist with the animals and helpful and reassuring with their owners.Would highly recommend her!

Denise and her team at Canine Rehab Cardiff have played an instrumental role in our dog Pebbles' recovery following a significant spinal surgery back in February. Pebbles’ progress, under their care from consistent physiotherapy and hydrotherapy sessions, has truly been better than we could have hoped. What sets Denise and her team apart is their evident love for all animals and their dedication to their profession. We were also shown and taught skills and techniques to continue increasing Pebbles’ strength and abilities at home.Every week we saw steady and sometimes unexpected improvements in Pebbles' ability to use her back legs, all thanks to Denise’s expertise. On top of her skill, Denise is a friendly and warm person with a great sense of humour and someone we throughly trusted with Pebbles from the get go. We also appreciated that we were able to stay and participate in the sessions as some other practices don’t allow this. For anyone needing dog rehabilitation services in the form of physiotherapy and/or hydrotherapy, we wholeheartedly recommend Denise and Canine Rehab Cardiff. We don’t have enough words to express our gratitude for Denise and her team, they have been truly excellent!

I can’t recommend the team at Canine Rehab Cardiff enough. I took my miniature sausage dog here when she needed physio and hydrotherapy following surgery after suffering from an extruded disc. Denise, Frances and the whole team are so lovely and were so kind and patient with my very nervous dog. Their hard work and skill has resulted in a very happy, pain free dog who can now walk and run around with no problems. I can’t thank them enough!

A few years ago our Labradoodle needed Physio and Hydrotherapy treatments for Hip Dysplasia, Denise was excellent in explaining the benefits of each treatment and in her care of our dog.I would have no hesitation in recommending Denise or taking my dogs to be treated by her should the need arise.

I can't recommend Denise and the team enough. We were referred by our vet after we discussed the options and with with Canine Rehab because of having a qualified physio rather than physio techs. Denise has got so much expertise and years of experience that I just trusted everything she said. Juno was anxious to begin being nervous of clinics but she was made so welcome with toys and treats and going at a pace that suited her. We'll be happy to return if needed in the future.
