Amazing service, so open and transparent about everything and took care of everything to ensure a smooth and quick sale. Car was pristine clean inside and out. Friendly excellent service. Great advice and help after having a very bad experience with Arnold Clarke. Finally we picked our van up today after hassle with our bank and ended up with a frozen account until we went in nat west branch to get re instated. This guy stood by us all the way through 4 weeks of a purchase nightmare. Finally our van is home and has already been racked out and being loaded up. A massive thankyou Doug and Wendy

I feel like i had to write a review on the Car Mill even though we didnt end up purchasing the car we went to look at.I must say Glynn was not your typical car salesman who are usually pushy and mither you to death to buy the car he was very patient very helpfull with my sister who is disabled while she was looking at a car he had for sale.I just want to say thank you for your patience and excellent customer supportIf anyone reading this is thinking of buying a car from here you wont be disapointed with there honesty and excellent customer support.

I doubt you will find more genuine & trustworthy used car dealer on this level .Zero pressure during the enquiry / purchase stage & when there was a minor dash light fault they sorted the issue without any hassle.

Recently bought my new car from Glynn at The Car Mill and honestly, it was the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle. I’ve dealt with both big franchise garages and smaller independents but the guys here beat them all hands down. The customer service from Glynn was superb from start to finish and the car was exactly how it was described in the ad. Previous been in the car trade. Like to think I know a good set up from a poor one.The car mill are exceptional, from first viewing the car, which was a first car for my daughter.The car was prepared to a high standard. Everything that was promised, happened.Live in Yorkshire , so got the train over to Blackburn to pick it up. And even got picked up at the station.Can’t praise Derek and Glynn enough.Would highly recommend.
