Lynwood Veterinary Group, Swanage

This is my experience of Lynwood veterinary group: I have had 40 plus years of having cats, many years of volunteering at sanctuaries. So I am very much in tune with animals. I feel DEEPLY let down & DEEPLY hurt from the bad decisions & treatment of my cat by these vets(Lynwood Swanage). If you think you & your pet is going to be looked after well I would be very cautious, don't be fooled by their website wording. I feel like my cats life did not matter or the extreme pain my cat went through when she was dying from the wrong treatment given, this was not even acknowledged. Then putting the responsibility on the owner. This veterinary clinic should respect their clients more & value EVERY animal. Personally I would AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!

Having 4 cats is always a struggle to take to a vet but Lynwood vets make this a stress free and easy experience. Staff are a very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Couldn't recommend them more.

Lovely place, I have used them for years. Very caring nurses and vets throughout.

Doctor Lucie refused to put a stamp on my dog passport considering the rabies vaccine was done in their practice and I’m unable to travel with my dog. Very disappointed…

Our elderly Golden Retriever was taken a bit poorly whilst we were on holiday in Swanage. The receptionist managed to fit us in almost straight away and everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful.After a thorough examination, we were given medication immediately which hopefully will sort out Silkie’s upset tummy.Thank you so much!

Since moving to Swanage we have had ocassion to use Lynwood Vets. They have always been more than helpful. The Reception girls are lovely and the boys rush to go in. They always get a biscuit!!! More than happy.

I have been with Lynwood for years, they have been wonderful with all my cats and dogs.This last year I sadly and very suddenly lost my dog at 8yrs old,the the vets were so thorough and the kindness of all the staff was impressive.It feels like family and they really do care.

Great people, and trusted vets. Would recommend this practice to anyone caring of they're pets.
