Extremely happy with the service from North London Windows.The process was very smooth from sales to surveyor to installing, everything was completed within a short time frame and communication throughout was great. I had many questions and wasn’t 100% on design choices however, the team were very patient with me and nothing was too much hassle.The installers arrived on time, were friendly, calm and just got on with the job. They did their best to reduce dust, covering my furniture etc, and all mess was cleared away once they were finished.The actual doors are exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend.

It took a while to find the right window company. Trust, product and price were my key concerns. North London Windows' price was competitive, they had the type of window I was looking for and my interactions with them during the decision process made me feel I could trust them - straight forward, not speaking badly of their competitors and not coming back again and again with silly prices to win me over. Now, with our beautiful windows in, I'm confident I made the right choice. The installation went smoothly, the fitters were lovely, customer service was great, and my windows look GORGEOUS!

Although the product is good, we had a significant issue with the company not advising our builder properly of where drainage needed to be located for these doors. As a result we had to redo the drainage when the doors arrived on site and this meant they couldn’t be installed on the day. We had to pay another £1500 to rectify the drainage and to pay for north London windows to come back another day to install. They had no interest in trying to come to an agreement over something that was 100% not our mistake or responsibility, they just wanted to get paid. I’d advise going with a more professional company

sash windows replacementFantastic job carried out by North London Windows Ltd.We had all five original Edwardian single glazed wooden sash windows at the front of our house replaced with UPVc double glazed EcoSlide Sash Windows (with run through horns!) Really pleased with this quality product.The whole team at North London Windows Ltd were a pleasure to do business with. Very reasonable prices. Installation guys were hardworking and conscientious and finished the job within 2 days.Would highly recommend North London Windows Ltd and intent to use again.

I had North London Windows install UPVC double glazing at the front of my flat, which is on the first floor of a converted Victorian terrace.The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and speedy. The installers arrived on time, and incredibly got the job done in a single day in spite of having two days booked in to do the work. Both guys who came were extremely pleasant, calm and professional, and worked incredibly hard all day.The work was done to an extremely high standard, and I'm delighted with the final result. So much better than many of my previous experiences with having tradespeople work on my property.
