Lincolnshire Removals

I moved a few months ago with this company. They were in such a hurry from start to finish. The vans were poorly loaded and items not covered in blankets. They damaged my shelving unit. A £400 TV unit was crashed into the wall, chipping it and leaving paint on it. My wardrobes and chest of drawers were carelessly dumped onto carpet gripper spikes. My egg chair wasn't wrapped in a blanket and the covering came loose. A box of books and ornaments never arrived. They forgot to empty the shed and I had to leave things because of it. They claimed to be competent piano movers but the man assisting Thomas had no idea what to do. Careless, rushed and at a £1000 fee I expected better. On my part, I did wrongly blame them for a missing tv which was later found. Avoid!!!

I was very impressed that Lynes remained with the same original quote provided early last year despite out first transaction falling through. We eventually completed on another property at very short notice in February this year. Lynes met our moving date with no quibbles and completed the collection and unloading smoothly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the whole operation.We found Lynes to be a very efficient and competent business to deal with.

I was looking for a company to move my belonging from my old home in Lincolnshire to another home I had bought in the county. A number of leaflets had arrived in my postbox concerning removal companies and I chose Lynes at random. I made the right choice! From the outset the whole process was very straightforward and I explained my requirements and possible moving date with Thomas. He was very accommodating and easy to talk to. The whole operation was put in place and I was allocated two of the best guys that Lynes probably have. Their names were James and Ash. Both of them were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much rouble for them and they were very efficient at getting all my belongings safely at both ends. I cannot recommend these two lads highly enough and they are an absolute credit to Lynes.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Lynes of Lincolnshire. After nearly 3 months of trying to get our household goods moved from a storage container to a shipping container with a varity of other companies, it was a pleasure to deal with Thomas who quickly and efficiently dealt our request and it was all done in a few days. Contacted several companies about a removal, but Thomas was quick to respond, came around the same day, was a gentleman and very professional.The day of the removal his men arrived on time and was very good and respectful of how they moved our furniture, not a mark or scratch on the paintwork or the furniture ( there was some very awkward/ heavy things )Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was a problem.Great company and great guys. Highly recommend.

We had quotes from many companies and Lynes was the best by far. Communication was great in the run up, and on the move itself the team were friendly and reliable and worked very hard across two long and hot days. There was an issue with access at the new property and Thomas went out of his way to solve it. We paid for packing and that was done well and made our lives much easier in the run up to the move. They even put up with my very inquisitive son! Would highly recommend.

Lynnes of Lincolnshire are a professional moving company. Our quote and any further questions we had were dealt with promptly. On moving day they arrived on time. Our flooring was protected and sofas covered. The weather could have been kinder on moving day but they did not complain, Thomas and Charlie work well together as a team. Our items were delivered safely to the new property without any damage. We would highly recommend the company for anyone needing to move. An extremely efficient service from start to finish. 10/10.

We have moved a few times in the last few years and I can say without doubt that Lynes of Lincolnshire were the best. Our move from Lincolnshire to Cambridgeshire was quick, efficient and made stress free by the team. The assistance given to us when things occurred that no one could have foreseen, was both welcome and received with gratitude.Excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We were very impressed with Lynes from our initial meeting with Thomas for a quote through to the removal on the day, conducted by a friendly, helpful and professional team, nothing was too much trouble for them. Lynes moved us back in January just getting round to putting our review on. All three guys were absolutely fantastic, quick and efficient. We were completely unprepared for the move, but it didn’t seem to faze the guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
