I Found Gary simply by doing an online search in my local area. I was most encouraged by the reviews left and called Gary to explain my problem with my PC. Gary was great at explaining the different potential issues with my PC and welcomed me to call him back if what I was doing hadn't worked. He gave me plenty of time and explained his fees (which were reasonable) in great detail - even when he wasn't assured of my custom or indeed if I needed his professional help. As it happened, I did need Gary's help. I called and updated him that same day as requested and took the PC over to him that same evening. Gary did his checks and diagnosis and called the following day with the dreaded news that my hard-drive had died. He went over the different options for me and explained every aspect in a calm friendly manner (even though I kept asking the same annoying questions when I couldn't understand!). He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me and helped me make the right decisions. I now have my PC back and it's like a brand new computer and much faster computer. You've been an absolute gem Gary and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone in need.

My Lenovo Yoga laptop suddenly developed charging problems. Gary was able to diagnose the real problem and fix it, at an affordable price, within the short time frame I gave him. He is a good communicator, giving great advise. He is also very professional and friendly at the same time. I would highly recommend Gary to fix any laptop.

I found PC Refix on Bark. Gary the owner saw me in Cambridge and sorted out my new speaker and sorted out my PC which had got in a mess with files here and there. He was personable and truly excellent. I would recommend him to any home PC user. His prices were very reasonable and he turned up on time.
