I work at a local estate agent and I always try and use MCP. Sam from Conveyancing is always really helpful and Lorraine always ensures a quick sale that I do not have to chase!

It took four attempts to get an accurate quotation from MCP for a simple conveyancing transaction. Each time I pointed out the error, I would receive the same quotation still with the error (incorrect property number so not a complicated issue to fix.)I then instructed them, and after two weeks they had still not responded at all. I called 6 times during this period and each time either the phone wasn't answered or I was told It would be looked into". I never received a call back. Eventually

Completed signing of LPA after a previous meeting to discuss requirements. All seems to have gone smoothly. Friendly staff who were very understanding and patient with my elderly mother. Gave us options that we had not considered. Very thorough. Would recommend.
