Disappointed. Disinterred staff greated us. Check in was fine. Room appears fine. On return discovered bar was shut and give no help finding some place open. Returned to room and wanted some water to discover the glasses where very dirty and dusty. Dirt was old and would not come off with water and fingers. Obviously had no faith in cups so no coffee in the morning. Check out simple

Excellent, rooms were clean and well set out, the staff were so friendly and very helpful. We ate breakfast here and it was superb. We were close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and numerous other places. Will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful experience! Perfect location, the staff Ragna & Mirek made the stay special excellent customer service head and shoulders above all the premier inns we have stayed at worldwide! Overall a nice stay for a decent price, but the room isnt the best and needs some touches. Bed was comfy as always. Proximity to Victoria Station, hyde Park and buckinghan place is good.

Always liked Premier but this one had a flight of steps just to enter. Not easy with large cases. The room was much smaller than other hotels even the toilet was crowded. On the plus side it’s quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff all were helpful and assisted with our departure and showing us a chair lift at the entrance to help with the cases.

Great hotel and exceptional service from staff. Easy check in service, we had issues with WiFi not working and having no signal in our original room. Both Mirek and Michael were fantastic assisting us with this even going out of their way to move us into an alternative room. Nothing was a hassle for staff. Room was clean and well presented with towels and tea and coffee facilities. Location is fantastic for easy transport access to different locations. Will definitely be booking to return next year.

Brilliant for station.. breakfast was better than some of this chain. Staff lovely.. bar good prices for location.. cheaper if anything.. will stay there again x

Family room. Comfortable but very small. Bathroom was very small but good shower, shame about the bath. Beds are OK. Free WiFi is slow. Breakfast was ample and in London I would recommend it for the price. A few steps to get up with your bags at the front entrance. Not quite sure if the value is still there with Premier.

nice hotel room was nice, good size comfy bed, would have been a lot nicer if the window where Not PAINTED SHUT,I had to get the reception to activate the AC as it was turned off, the room was like a sauna, it cooled down eventually.

Absolutely awful room, despite the fact that we got an “ultimate” room. Horrible stains, scratchy rough sheets, tiniest little pillows, moldy coffee machine and moldy bathroom. The upgraded rooms are supposed to have better linens and a nice chair, we only had a tiny stool. Definitely not worth it at all.
