Excellent service from start to finish!The intial visit was arranged very quickly, quote was well presented and at a good price, and the work was done when requested.The fitters had a harder job than anticipated, fitting a small stove into the fire place of an existing old range. The work required removing a lot more brick work than planned as well as a hidden back boiler. The guys did a great job and the quality and appearance of the finish result was excellent.We are very pleased with the fitting and have already recommended the company to a friend.

Had a traditional style log burner installed a number of years ago by Yorkshire stoves and fireplaces and thrilled with the finished results.More recently used them again to fit a more modern style inset wood burner in our kitchen/diner.Both times I have been really happy with the service. Took many visits and questions before I made a final decision on my inset style stove. Staff were all very friendly and professional both in person and on the many emails back and forth. They also were extremely helpful trying to make sure I achieved the desired look I wanted within my budget. Multiple payment options available too, including low deposits, installments or even longer term finance options.Really happy with the standard of work by the team who installed and fitted both fires, different teams but both brilliant. Very tidy, on time and worked hard to make sure the jobs were completed on schedule.We did have a small issue with some damaged roof tiles and a section of gutter during the installation but again very impressed with how this was dealt with. They were apologetic and quickly arranged a prompt return visit to carry out the repairs.Also ongoing aftercare has been brilliant, one of the inside firebricks cracked on the Esse stove maybe 3 years after we had the fire installed. Quick call and they were able to source & arrange a replacement brick for us to collect.I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to install a fire of any style.

I decided to opt for a Gazco Studio 2 gas fire and approached Yorkshire Stoves and Fireplaces as they had a design that they completed previously which I liked. It was during the first covid lockdown so I wasn't able to visit the showroom but I was able to ask lots of questions via email and telephone. Everything was booked and agreed. On the day of the installation two installation people turned up including a gas certified fitter and they built a false chimney breast made of metal studwork to house the fire. I opted for nice slate slips to surround the fire and the end result was excellent. All my questions were answered and catered for as I needed something specific for the cabinets either side and to hide electrical wires for surround sound and lighting. I received a gas certificate upon completion of the work. Very happy with job and happy to recommend this firm.

Tony and Junade fitted our log burner. Very friendly and professional. Exceptional work and highly recommended will be back to order another for our kitchen very soon.

We have just had our multi fuel stove installed today and can honestly say from start to finish we’ve had an excellent service. All members of the team we dealt with were all very friendly, professional and helpful. Tony and Corey , our installation team were very tidy, knowledgable and have done an excellent job. They were a real pleasure to deal with .We would highly recommend YSF, excellent company .
