As someone who is a carer to a disabled partner, with low income. They have no option to pay a bill at what you can afford over a payment period. So if you have a solicitor bill of £1K+ in that month, you are required to pay that amount in full at the end of that calendar month.So for this reason, I cannot recommend them.

Waste of time. I called and stated I have a court hearing soon and would like a solicitor to represent me but with legal aid. The lady firstly said she needed to check availability for the hearing followed by a conflict check. This came back all fine so we proceeded. The lady asked for background information on the matter which we did. We went through my finances. This was regarding removing a CAO in family law. After a very long detailed call, the lady then said “Actually sorry we cannot help with this matter and will not do legal aid” and call ended. Disgusting appalling service. Would not recommend. Do not appreciate time being wasted.

Briony has been helpful, empathetic, firm from start to finish, she explained every step and made sure I was always kept up to date. I would recommend Briony 110% can’t thank her enough.
