Ayrton Windows & Doors

We chose Ayrton to replace old upvc front door, patio doors, kitchen door and window. We are so happy with the quality and style of the new timber products. They look beautiful, are very well made, secure and sound proof. We had to wait a few months from placing the order to installation - but it was worth it. Installation was estimated at 7 days but took just 5. Service has been great throughout the ordering and design process. Leo and his team were very professional, courteous, tidy and had amazing attention to detail. When we had a slight hiccup at the last, they quickly came up with solutions. They were a pleasure to have around and we almost missed them when they’d finished! We’re now thinking of asking Ayrton to quote for our upstairs windows.

We recently had a set of French doors replaced by Ayrton and were really happy with the entire process. The end result was excellent and high quality, and the installation process couldn't have been smoother - the process ran bang on schedule, and both Lucas & Liam were brilliant and incredibly considerate. They even went out of their way to accommodate the noisy" bits of the work around our baby's nap schedule which really went above and beyond. We would definitely use Ayrton again

Just used Ayrton to replace almost all of the original windows in our house. It’s been a project over many months in which the team have been committed to delivering an excellent product with great customer service. There have been a couple of issues along the way which is to be expected but what matters is how a business deals with problems. The response to any issues was always swift and exactly what we would hope for. Many people have commented on how lovely the windows look and I’m very happy with the service we received and the windows.

Ayrton replaced our upstairs front Edwardian windows. We particularly wanted a faithful reproduction of the original windows. This included opening quarterlights which required Ayrton to work with the manufacturers to successfully achieve. Secondly the stained glass window was beautifully replicated. The installers were experienced, professional and clean and tidy. We are very happy with the end product and are planning to use Ayrton again.

I just replaced the 12 windows in my London flat. I went with Ayrton Windows as the block managing agents had given the option to tenants to replace their windows with Ayrton Windows during major block works a few years ago. I figured the block managing agents would have done their homework and sourced a reputable firm.I'm delighted with the replacement windows, both with the noise reduction from the double glazed windows and the expected heat retention come winter. Overall a very professional job, the windows look great and disruption was kept to a minimum during installation.My thanks to Liam, Kyle and team.

We have recently had some windows replaced by Ayrton. We are extremely happy with the quality of work (the finish is particularly good) and we have been very satisfied with the overall service (good communication, clear questions, quick responses, punctuality and reliability etc.). Ayrton recently replaced our front-facing windows and shutters in an Edwardian terraced property. This included two bay windows and one smaller window.From the beginning, their sales team was incredibly responsive, informative, and willing to listen to our requirements. The process was smooth, easy to understand, and our questions were deal with promptly.From there we progressed to survey and measurements, which were done within about one week of the sales team visiting the property.At this point there was a long wait for the windows to be manufactured (~20 weeks). We had a bit of a hiccup at this point due to a logistics error by Ayrton - this had a knock-on effect of a 7 week delay to the installation of the windows. I'm not dropping a star in this case as Ayrton took care to inform us of the situation, explain what was going on, and stuck to the revised date for installation.The installers were courteous, respectful of our property, and kept noise, dust, and rubbish to a minimum during the installation. In removing the old windows they were incredibly careful and therefore there is very little decorative repair work to do around the new windows. We had regular collections of rubbish from our front garden throughout the install and we were kept informed of progress and remaining steps each day.The product itself is excellent - much better than our old casement windows! It looks the part, is well manufactured, and is already doing a great job of keeping our house warmer.If I were to list one point for improvement, it would be to have more regular communications through the process of manufacture - this was a fairly long gap and it would have been nice to have a couple of check in emails, even if it were just to say windows still being made

We took a long time to find the right doors for our house to ensure that it was the right one.We were looking to replace the main front door and the front balcony door on the first floor.In the end, we chose Ayrton Windows to carefully plan the design of the doors and furniture.There was a lot of back and forth to ensure quality and the intricate details were right.The Ayrton team were very accommodative and helpful throughout the planning and design process.We are delighted to be the recipients of two quality doors and we are very pleased with it.The testament comes from almost everyone coming through our doors who do not fail to comment how nice the front door looks.A shout out to the fitters who were exceptionally talented, polite and accommodating.Thank you Ayrton Team and well done.
