Magic Balloons

Didn't like the attitude of the young man who served me. I ordered online and went to collect only for them not to have seen the order, it wasn't even ready and they didn't have one of the balloons so he tried to give me a different one and I gave him my honest opinion that I don't like that so he flipped and said well you may not like it but other ppl may do. I didnt ask him to give me a reply like that and so I asked for the same one in the bigger size even willing to pay the extra he was a bit moody and rude to be fair but didn't charge me for the difference in the bigger size. 2/3 weeks later I get a email to say my order has been processed. I just didn't like the way it was handled they all seem like they can't be bothered in there I've been a couple times too just because it's convenient for me but I think I won't he using them again!

I needed to send some balloons in Manchester same day as I was unable to make an important event due to illness. Magic Balloons did not initially come up on my search so I tried several others first, none of whom could help. Magic Balloons were suggested by one of these others & they were great from the outset. I asked for a specific animal balloon & they sent a photo to see if it was what I was after. The lady was helpful & polite on the phone. She sent me a picture of my balloons before they were dispatched & let me know when they were out for delivery. The recipient was very pleased with them!

If your celebrating anything and need some rubber filled with air this is the right place for you.

Been going here for 15 years + Its not cheap, but it's a treat, a celebration. Plus, I left a plant (from the lovely flower shop next door - perfect location), and the lovely man said he'd drop it at my home..

Can’t recommend magic balloons enough - we gave them arguably next to no notice to sort out a balloon arch and bunches for a party in Manchester City Centre. They sorted it all out for us, including delivery and setup. No hassle at all, and the balloons looked amazing - seemingly more bright than balloons we’ve used from elsewhere. Will definitely be returning for future parties.
