We were greeted on Arrival , told we would have to wait for a few minutes , has a glass of prosecco, then shown to our table. Very friendly and welcoming. Dinner was great. fish & Chips plus shepherds pie with a shared pudding. All the staff were friendly and helpful, A great evening made even better by the fact we could stay at our table after the allocated time. We will come again.

The atmosphere was amazing they have great indoor and outdoors too.The services are on the top.Rest of the food quantity is very less compare to other places near to St John wood. They don’t have lots of options for side not Nachos with share with group of people.Less options to have food but for drinks it’s great.

The entire experience from planning to Service was pretty much faultless. Tom was superb with the planning and managed the complex dietary needs of one of our number perfectly. The service team on the day were brilliant although 1 meal was very late to the table but there were lots of apologies so whilst not ideal it can be overlooked. All in all a fantastic day!

Interesting name for a pub but it has it's history and is at the corner of a quiet neighborhood. It's like a maze inside with us taking frequent turns to enter the good sized outdoor seating space. It was pretty comfortable outside on the couch with heaters and blankets. They don't disappoint in the drinks department as expected but the food left me disappointed. I got the fish and chips in which the fish fillet was pretty thin and the batter was very greasy. The chips advertised as triple cooked" didn't seem so and were not crispy and felt like a portion of frozen chips dumped in oil and then on my plate. Sourdough bread was ok. The veggie burger was burnt to ashes along with the bun and when a member of staff was called to give feedback

A huge venue, we booked a table last minute and were sat outside on a rare, sunny day. Because the venue is massive, staff are worked to the max but everyone is incredibly nice and friendly. We got the Sunday roast to share, with gravy on the side and sauces (horseradish, mint). The food was surprisingly good and reasonable cost-wise. A solid pub Sunday roast, there was a great selection of veggies and really nice meat (pork was particularly good). Gravy was good and portions were generous. Definitely a safe better for a last minute Sunday roast. We also played a few boardgames and didn't feel rushed or that we needed to leave, so it was great we could relax in the sunshine. QR codes still work if you want to order to your table.Would definitely go again.

Booked the Engineer room at The Engineer for our Christmas get together. Suffice to say, that it didn’t disappoint. We had the festive menu for £42.50. 3 courses with generous carvings of perfect cooked roast turkey. The vibe was absolutely festive and Angelo and his team made sure we were well looked after. Thanks guys, we’ll be back next year!

We come to this pub a lot and usually they are great. But last service was blunt and quite rude. Then when we finally got our food this is what we got for an £18 burger. I know this is not usually how they served it. Just showed a real disregard for customer service. So if you want a good burger for reasonable price don’t come here.
