Honestly some of the best Pizza I’ve had since being in Italy.Great quality food & drinks, welcoming staff and warm atmosphere.I’ve been to this restaurant twice and go two different experiences. The first was myself & two friends on a quiet weekday and were the only ones there. The food and drinks were made by the same person however this wasn’t an issue as they were both amazing. The menu has a few choices of starters and you have to try the dough balls. There were only a few mains all of which are pizza for £13.5 but this is very well priced for the quality. The second visit was on a very busy Saturday and we were lucky to get a seat in the bar area. The food as always was amazing however it did seem like they needed and extra member of staff as the manager was running round somewhat frantically but he was very nice and welcoming to everyone. The house larger is very refreshing and the cocktails definitely hit the spot. It’s probably best to book especially for groups larger than 3 people.

Hands down best pizza in Nottingham!! What a little gem! Friendly fast service, simple tasty menu, great music and atmosphere. If you are thinking about going don’t hesitate.

First of all this was one of, if not the worst services I've ever received from a restaurant. We were the 3rd group into the doors at 5pm. We received our first round of drinks really quickly. After that we were just simply forgotten about.I had to get up to ask for service for food. 30 minutes had passed and people who came in after us were having their orders taken. The pizzas looked lovely, but we didn't pay £17 for a pizza base. Where were all the toppings??? 5 pizzas In total, all lacking decent toppings. Massive let down.I had to once again get up and ask for a second round of drinks. By the time they arrived we had almost finished our food.We asked for the 12.5% service charge to be taken off as their simply wasn't any service on the night. It felt as is if the staff were more interested In having a chat among themselves and taking pictures of the pizzas. And how can I forget about the disgusting toilets with no working sinks or hand wash? All in all, it was a terrible experience and my hopes were really high for this place because of the rave reviews I've read. 2/5!!

Pretty cool place with good pizza and great staff. With only one member of staff on a Sunday night it’s actually unacceptable how hard the solo male member of staff had to work to be everywhere at once. The quality of his service was without fault and he needs to be credited for his efforts. The pizza was filling and moderately authentic but was a tad overpriced for the flavours produced. Sadly, not a must visit in Nottingham.

Worst service I have ever had. Nice pizza. But we had no end of problems, very dirty restaurant and unknown substance in our drinks when we complained. See photo!

Best Neapolitan pizza in Nottingham. I have tried this pizza place 4 times since the first day they opened and I can say that they are doing amazing! After they trip and travels to Italy, they have gain the experience of the proper Neapolitan cuisine and they have brought it directly to Nottingham. Excellent flavor and perfect pizza dough: soft, elastic and with a raised crust. With most of the ingredients directly imported from Italy, the quality is 10. But pizza is not the only think they have, we tried the chili chips the first time we went and we loved them! Now is one of our must when we go. They also have antipasti boards, garlic dough balls and amazing desserts! If you cannot decide with the pizzas my favorite one is the Nduja pizza! A spicy and spreadable pork salami from Calabria.

Had Happy Dough Lucky at the Ay-up Nottingham independent market last weekend. Great quality ingredients and the dough was soft and tasty. The guys serving were really friendly too. Oh, and the garlic aioli dip was totally worth it...

This place is absolutely phenomenal. Not only was the pizza fantastic (pic attached) the guy literally delayed leaving to make sure we got fed and got a pint.A gentleman and a scholar of the slice.

Had a 4 hour unpaid trial shift in September and just discovered others were treated in the same way so leaving a review. The interview made a group of about 20 people wait for an hour before starting and scheduled a trial shift soon after. The job posting was for pizza chef but was expected to learn how to make drinks at the bar a nd serve all of the food. The restaurant wasn't too busy at the time however the whole experience was terrible with no indication of how long the trial" shift would take place for."
